The Aviator Standard provides fully mobile, on-site service using aviation-approved products and a disciplined approach ensuring consistent, high-quality results anywhere we operate.

Payment Policy

At The Aviator Standard, we strive to provide a seamless, professional experience from initial booking through final delivery. The following payment policy outlines how payments are handled for all detailing services.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards (processed securely online)

  • Bank transfer (ACH) via QuickBooks Online

  • Cash (by prior arrangement)

For invoices over $2,000, ACH (bank transfer) is our preferred method of payment.

Deposits & Scheduling

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required:

  • Standard Services: $200–$500 deposit

  • Large Projects / Paint Correction / Polishing: 25%–50% deposit

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice total.

Final Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

An invoice will be sent via QuickBooks Online with secure payment options.

Aircraft will not be released until payment has been received in full.

ACH (Bank Transfer) Payments

Bank transfer (ACH) is recommended for larger invoices due to lower processing costs and enhanced security.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Payment must clear before final release of aircraft for new clients

Credit Card Payments

Credit and debit cards are accepted for convenience.

Please note:

  • Processing fees may be reflected in pricing for large transactions

  • Card payments are processed securely through our online system

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules can change.

  • 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new date

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit may be forfeited

  • No-shows: Deposit is non-refundable

Weather & Operational Delays

As a mobile aviation service, certain conditions may affect scheduling.

  • Weather delays will be rescheduled at no penalty

  • We will coordinate a new service date as soon as possible

Additional Charges

The following may affect final pricing:

  • Excessive oxidation or contamination

  • Aircraft condition significantly different than described

  • Travel outside standard service area

  • Extended time requirements beyond original estimate

All additional charges will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Travel & On-Site Services

Travel fees may apply depending on location and distance. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling.
